Today I have learned the past simple tense. Simple “coisa nenhuma”! It’s not simple. Sarah touched us with patience and serenity. Before she gave to us to read an article from Jamaica Kincaid, the class had discussed about immigration and homesickness. After all this, we learned about the writer, so Sarah asked us to do our own line time. When we had finished this exercise Sarah wrote at the board some adverbs that we must blank. I have done like this:
